This meal was a masterpiece.
I didn't take any photos of it, but never fear, for I will make it all again and share the recipes.
Then, you'll make the recipes,
eat and eat and eat,
and grow a hiney like Cupid.

So voluptuous...
Anyway, here is what I made:
Spring mix salad topped with sliced boiled beets, minced red pepper, diced cucumber, crumbled goat cheese, and black pepper (Zach assembled it).
Cheese and white wine fondue with slices of apple and pear, red grapes, and toasted pumpernickel bread.
Marinated filet medallions (yes, I broke my own rule, and it was SO good)--medium--on top of Israeli couscous with steamed spinach and roasted red pepper, then topped with roasted garlic cloves and red-wine-butter drizzle.
I was going to do muffin-pan brownies* filled with raspberry and ricotta, but due to some deviant behavoir with THIS guy...

...I neglected the baking dessert and they became too stiff to properly manipulate.
We ate raspberries instead.
Then had a fire.
And snuggled.
I love my Valentine.
.xoxoxoxo.
*Just omit the whiskey and don't worry about the caramel sauce.
